Innocent Civilians

In the name of the innocent, civilian citizens of Libya of the North Africa, the American President is leading the rest of us in a military expedition to liberate them from their despotic leader who has turned on them with the intent of massacre.

The “people of Color” Commander in Chief of the nation’s armed forces has taken to himself the supposedly Constitutional Executive authority to align us with foreign nations in what is coined as a humanitarian mission due to special circumstances of supposedly saving the Libyan citizens from whole-sale slaughter by their own leader.

President Is Leading Invasion

Ironically, this self-professed world citizen is actually leading a non-military, multi-national coalition, Civil Rights invasion into the United States of America via his use of federal Presidential powers by a legal attack against the State of Arizona.

It is a fact, that should he succeed in the leading the most unprecedented invasion of a sovereign nation in world history, American Black US citizens will be completely Ethno-racially cleansed out of American society, which is one step away from mass genocide.

As the dictator leader of Libya, this particularly strange American Chief Executive has actually turned his supposedly own American people, but most poignant those who are so-called African American on behalf of Hispanic/Latino-Mexican civilian invaders.

Abuse of the US Civil Right Designed Keep Emancipated Slaves Free and Alive

Interestingly, this son of an East African Kenyan Muslim male visa student to the United States has cleverly usurped the Constitutional Civil Rights Legacy, Heritage and subsequent benefits legislated specifically for the emancipated chattel slaves and their succeeding generations.

These special laws which are to enacted specifically for and until American Black US citizens as people experience the same citizenship “as enjoyed by White citizens”, are now being erroneously used to defend and justify the civilian invasion of the Abraham Lincolns’ nation whom child of an American White-Caucasian woman hails as his mentor.

However, the Constitutional document of the 1866 Civil Rights Act, the progenitor of the 14th Amendment on four occasions commands the Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces to actually unleash, if need be the military upon any individual or State of the Union that violates Section 1 of the ACT thereof.

Without a doubt, that which persuades the President to act militarily on behalf of American Black US Citizens, i.e., Emancipated Slaves, Freedmen-Freemen, Refugees holds precedence over that which has moved him upon sovereign state of Libya.

What Persuasion?

Based on his “humanitarian” doctrine which is foreign to that of our New Nation’s Founding Fathers, he now set precedent for himself and succeeding occupants of the Oval Office to militarily intervene in the affairs of other nations in the name of the human mercy.

The Favor Goes To The Black Freedmen and Their Descendants

If so, he has given a clear signal that such humanitarian behavior after being thus persuaded, must begin here at home according to Section 8 and 9 of the 1866 Civil Rights Act which states…

“And be it further enacted, That whenever the President of the United States shall have reason to believe that offences have been or are likely to be committed against the provisions of this act within any judicial district, it shall be lawful for him, in his discretion, to direct the judge, marshal, and district attorney of such district to attend at such place within the district, and for such time as he may designate, for the purpose of the more speedy arrest and trial of persons charged with a violation of this act;”

Sec. 9. “And be it further enacted, That it shall be lawful for the President of the United States, or such person as he may empower for that purpose, to employ such part of the land or naval forces of the United States, or of the militia, as shall be necessary to prevent the violation and enforce the due execution of this act.”

Therefore, who is to receive that special Presidential, military assistance, the citizens of Libya and other “oppressed-suffering” peoples of Earth, or civilian invaders into the United States, or American Black US Citizens?

The blatant hypocrisy of it all.
