In our electoral "democratic"-republican society, it seems like the election season never ends.  Consistently and almost without reprieve "We the people" American citizens are solicited to financially participate in the election process of certain candidates and his/her political party or some ballot measure-initiatives.

 

Though I am not as of this time, an candidate for public service, the work that is presented birthed out of my philosophies, beliefs, policies, sentiments, objectives, plans and strategies are nonetheless highly fruitful to the furtherance of our cause for America.

Listed below are the primary activities that work on daily

If  adequate support is not received, my work on your behalf will be severely curtailed, as I will have to give myself of full time, “9-5”, gainful employment!  Which of course is “Okay” too.

 

The Needed Tools 

The Campaign to Heal America must have an office with effective equipment (telephonic and computer communications (bills), auto care and transportation, promotional literature and/or printed material, along with a modest personal upkeep stipend for room and board, medical and dental care, clothing, travel expenses for engagements, et al.

 

  What is the United States of America worth to you?  How are you willing to invest in the assurance of her ultimate well being according to Dream of the Founders? Where can there be found anyone in America like me, having the wisdom, knowledge, fore sight and experience as the "Ted Hayes" brand of socio-politico-econ-spiritual, 1866 Radical Republicanism

I Will Represent You

 

Sure enough, because most of us are not qualified, have time or even the desire to directly participate in either being elected to public office or managing a ballot measure-initiative, nor a social activists as I am, but we would rather give our dollars and volunteerism in support of the ideals that represents our sentiments.

 

In defense and promotion of our nations’ ideals, each Patriotic American citizen is admonished by our founding fathers to contribute to the continuation of our freedoms by committing ourselves to participate in the struggle, even as they did… “unto this cause we pledge our honor, our lives and our fortunes”

 

During the revolutionary period and birth of our nation, some patriots were able to actually join the fledgling armed forces, others provided shelter, food, services, encouragement and other resources to sustain our military, while others contributed finances, even as the framers of the Congress and Constitution routinely did.

 

Three times in my short, exciting life, I have sought elective public office, once for Mayor of Los Angeles (1993); in 200 for LA City Council 9th District; and recently for US Congress California 35th District (2008). 

 

Of course, I am very appreciative of all Americans who trusted enough in me to fund those campaigns.

 

Even though I had good name recognition in each of the campaigns, an asset of my years of social activism, primarily on behalf of the Homeless, having sufficient financing remained my number 1 obstacle to being elected.

 

Unfortunately or fortunately, I have had to ask patriots for dollars to fund those campaign, of which I have always felt rather awkward about.

 

However, in light our present situation, it is time that I press through my timidity  and present to my assets in exchange for your financial help in this most needed campaign, not be elected to public office, but to Heal America of the deadly slave wound "We the People" American citizens were born into.

 

While most patriots hold the same values that we do, they are not in a position to be "out front" defending and promoting them as I am, especially with my unique qualifications and assets.

Consequences of the Unhealed Slavery Wound of Race

It is my sentiments, that for better of worse, like him personally or not, voted  for him or not, agree with his political policies or not, Black or White, the election of Barack Hussein Obama was/is the direct consequence of the unhealed wound of slavery experienced by every American Ethno-racial US citizen, including first generations immigrants who have inherited it by naturalization and/or "insemination" into the Union of our nation.

 

The Process for Healing of the "wound" will expel the germs as well and "stitch" the gaping wound and provide the necessary spiritual and psycho-social therapy for "healthy" practices in the future.  Lesson learned!

 

My campaign to Defend and Heal our country is asking that you commission me by your dollars as your Ambassador and Sentry for its' ideological defense and advancement as a well nation of Justice un-denied.

 

Some of the remedies that I am prescribing for the Healing Processes is1866 Radical Republicanism with heavy doses of 14th Amendment - Promissory Note public discussion as a "serum" of truth based in the "elixir" of the US Constitution.  I

 

It is these kinds of "medical tools" and others that are inherent in the Civil Rights Legacies of American citizens, * especially those who were enslaved, by which we as a unique and just peoples can mend our torn souls.

 

For sometime, I have been listening and watching the “usual suspects” voices in our nation sound off on such issues as:

* ethno-racial relations particularly as it relates to Barack Hussein Obama, Eric  

   Holder and the derelict African American leadership;

 

* conservatism and the fundamentals of American ideals as they relate to wealth

   and poverty; unlawful immigration and the theft of the 14th Amendment, Section

   1;  etc...

 very few of them are seeing and saying what I am.

 

Therefore, as a “candidate” seeking your favor and trust, I am requesting that you look into who I am, what it is that I am saying, and the way in which I am going about it, that if you should resonate with me, you will assist in getting my clarion voice heard though out the nation and world.

The unlawful immigration movement is perverting and stealing the Legacies and Heritages of the Civil Rights Movements and Acts as the primary tool for invading the borders of the United States of America , even using the proverbial “race-card” as a weapon on the guilt complexes of the American peoples.

 

Such unabated practice is a national security threat because it undermines the fundamental Dream of the Founding Fathers which was that someday the government - “We the People” of United States  of America would eventually emancipate the slaves and grant them full citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens”, according to the edict of the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights of 1866.

 

The Founders, particularly gentlemen like Thomas Jefferson, (and apparently, there were a lot of them), knew that should that eventuality never happen, then America could be considered a dead political entity and the great aberrational democratic Republic experiment would have indeed failed.

 

This was/is the nightmare of the Founding Fathers, failure to not someday emancipate the slaves and grant them full US citizenship.

 

Should the trend of unlawful immigration into the United States continue on its trajectory, the Constitutional mandate for the most important happenstance in its' short existence, which is the condition of the peoples that were once held in its jurisdiction as slaves, would be broken, null and void!

 

Therefore, it is imperative that someone wage an epic battle to protect this National Treasure for the sake of our children’s children.

 

On numerous occasions on the issues of Unlawful Immigration, I have heard American Patriots rightly query, “Where are the Blacks?  While all Americans suffer from illegal immigration, the Blacks are receiving the brunt end…they suffer the worse!”

 

The reason that Blacks suffer unlawful immigration more than others, is because since our emancipation from slavery in 1865, the Democratic Party and its terrorist arm, the Ku Klux Klan (K.K.K.) have consistently waged a continuing Civil War to deny us the Promise Note of the 14th Amendment.

 

Making matters even worse, since the 1964 Congressional Civil Rights Act the Negro leadership morphed into African American, has woefully fallen short of completing the unfinished business of the Civil Rights Acts.

 

Cleverly, the agents of La Raza are attempting cease upon our weakness in leadership and thereby encase their “take-over America ” agenda via illegal immigration within the Legacy of Blacks’ struggle in the United States of America for Civil Rights.

 

This is an issue that I understand in a very unique way and therefore, it is my strong sentiment that with your Patriotic assistance, we can put forth my plans and strategies for resolving this generations old matter.

The Wednesday Night Meetings of American Black US citizens Against Unlawful Immigration and For The Completion of the Unfinished Business of the Civil Rights Acts:

  • Co-leading a growing group of American Black US citizens that meets every Wednesday night to plan and strategize efforts such as demonstrations and protest, et al to stop illegal immigration;

 

  • Retrieve the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights Legacies from the La Raza unlawful immigration movement;
  • To complete the unfinished business of the Civil Rights Acts which is the best weapon to defeat unlawful immigration into the United States;

 

  • The numbers in the meetings are growing, and there is much excitement

MLK Table of Brotherhood Dialog The True Friend Appeal and Rise of the Conquistadors

  • Los Angeles City-County Human Relations Commissions

Ø      For several years, I have been attempting to arrange dialog with the promoters of unlawful immigration and those of us who against it.  For obvious reasons they have resisted my offer. 

 

Ø      Being the two Los Angeles Human Relations Commissions are commissioned to not only cultivate civil interactions between the myriads of ethno-racial groups the region, but to also work to resolve conflicts, I have been moving on them to facilitate such discussions.  They too have resisted. 

 

Ø      However, lately we have been get some traction in this area.  It is my strategy to continue this pressure while simultaneously waging street demonstrations et al.

  • Radio Stations

Ø      It is also my strategy to instigate another approach to achieving the dialog, and that is to involve radio personalities of the various ethno-racially oriented radio stations in the Los Angeles to participate in a private series of discussions on the negative effects of unlawful immigration upon Blacks, real or perceived.  Of course, there is resistance there as well.

Ø      Sheriff Baca and I, along with my colleagues have been working on this together.  In fact, the Sheriff has graciously participated in the 3 rd of a series of Discussions at the LA Urban Round Table Policy Forum on this matter.

Homelessness

  • National Homeless Plan

Ø      For of my adult life, I have worked as Homeless Activist attempting to bring Justice to American citizens who exist at the bottom of our society.

Ø      After twenty years of struggling to resolve the matter, I finally came to realize that illegal immigration was the one of primary reasons as to why I could not resolve it.

Ø      In 2007, the 13 year old village for the Homeless in downtown Los Angeles was terminated for political reasons, therefore, I have completed my initial mission and must now wait for the leaders of the nation to overcome their bias and call for the implementation of the National Homeless Plan.  Please see www.Domevillage.org

  • The Obama Reparations Now Petition is a strategy that will until cause American Black US citizens to realize that Barack Hussein Obama is not serving the best interest of the United States which is the only earthly hones-nation of we have.
