Re: American Black US Citizen Response To Illegal Immigration Invasion of the USA: Let # 1
The greatest threat to American Black since slavery itself

Hello Mr. Brathwaite,
The Growing Citizen Backlash To The Backlash
The Sensenbrenner Bill and the subsequent “backlash” demonstrations by illegal aliens is suddenly jolting American Black US citizens awake to the dangers that this massive illegal immigration poses to us.

Just in time, there is now an inadvertent growing counter “backlash” to the illegal aliens’ mass protests against Sensenbrenner Bill by a fast growing American US Black citizens as well as Whites and others.

Thanks to GOD, we are receiving an unexpected opportunity to correct the ills of generations that have plagued us poor descendants of West African Black American chattel slaves in the United States.

The Congressional “train wreck” between the House of Representatives and the Senate and their subsequent dependence on President Bush to devise a compromise, is allowing time for our peoples under the leadership of the US Congressional Black Caucus to present new/innovative ideas to Congress and the President based on the Congressional Promissory Note that the US government made to American Black citizens.

By moving/marching on the US government to fulfill its obligation of the Congressional Promissory Note to American Black US citizens, the Black Caucus will resolve our own crisis in the USA as you lead the mitigation to straighten out the illegal immigration problem between the United States and Mesoamerica.

The Caucus with our help will also abolish the emploenslavment (employer enslavement…new word) in our country of our oppressed and frightened Indio Mesoamerican Latino Compañeros.

American Black US citizens hold three “keys” to the crisis, they are:
1. While all of Americans are negatively affected (economically, socially, politically, and spiritually) by massive illegal immigration invasion, American Black US citizens are damage the most by it.

This invasion is indeed the greatest threat to American Blacks since slavery therefore it behooves us to act now and wisely to resolve by saving ourselves first.

2. Unlike everyone else in the USA, Black US citizens are not willing IMMIGRANTS, but rather the descendents of West African Black American CHATTEL SLAVES, brought the America’s against their wills by Roman Catholic and Protestant Christians.  Therefore, like no others, Black US citizens have the high moral ground and duty in the sight of GOD Almighty to decide the border issue.

While poor Indio peoples are fleeing the oppressions of Mesoamerican nations with the will to be subjected to emploenslavment in the USA, American Black US citizens will not allow ourselves to return to such conditions that GOD freed us from at great expense!

Nor will we allow our oppressed Indio brethren or other peoples to be slaves either in these United States.  American Black US citizens and anyone else that defies illegal immigration ate slave abolitionist and champions against Mesoamerican corruption.

3. American Blacks ARE CITIZENS of the United States…ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE NOT.   Illegal immigrants have no say nor sway in this matter over the heads of American Black citizens

a. Without the help of Mesoamericans (Mexicans) Blacks developed the idea of Civil Rights which was born out of our chattel slavery in these United States which immigrants illegally or legally seek.  Those Rights was and is established by the Fourteenth Amendment (13th, 14th, and 15th) and the Civil Rights Act of 1866.

b. Also, Mesoamerican or Mexicans did not fight before or during the Civil War to free West African American Blacks from chattel slavery; nor did they join our struggles for the Civil Rights that they now are shamelessly attempting claim as their own;

c. Mesoamericans were not subjected to the Black Codes of race segregation as were Blacks.

d. Mexicans were considered Caucasian- White (straight haired with Caucasian-Spanish features) during the days of the racist Black Codes against American Black Citizens.  It is only recently, that the leaders of illegal immigration movement have begun to erroneously use the word “racist” against the “gringos” or anyone who disagrees with their invasion, including Black, nappy haired me.

e. American Blacks took and shed blood in practically every single military campaign of the United States, while Mesoamericans (Mexico) did not (except the American Mexican US citizens of WWII, those of Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf Wars, etc);

f. The authority of Black US citizenship rights based on the Promissory Note that US Government owes to American Black citizens.  Mesoamericans have no such ranking in the United States of America.

Leaders of the illegal immigration into and the colonization of the USA claim that:
1. illegal immigrants work hard and add to the economy
· Actually, they take over 20 billion dollars out of the USA into Mexico – Mexican President Vincente Fox’s own words.

2. illegal aliens invasion is a continuation of the Civil Rights movement of the ‘60’s by American Black citizens, claiming that our two struggles are the same;
· Actually, the two struggles are far apart. One struggle is one of willing immigrants fleeing oppression in their homelands, that is, of Mesoamerica, while the other is unwilling slaves into a land not of any choice
· American Blacks fought for their freedom and Civil Rights in the US, while illegal aliens refuse to do so in their homelands, but rather ours.

3. economic, social, political, class, religious conditions in Mesoamerica, especially the United Mexican States, are so horrid, illegal aliens have the right to flee to the land of “the free and home of the brave” for relief;  of course, at the expense of American Black US citizens.  See attachment – Mexico’s Immigration Laws

4. some sorts of discrepancies around the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, February 2,1848, in that their fore parents were duped or forced into the deal;

· Actually, the United Mexican States lost its’ war with the United States and because it could not hold disputed territories due to internal corruptions and revolutions, sold them to the United States of America for $15,000,000.  Read it and study it.

5. rights to the disputed territories of the southwest United States and all of the   America’s through mythological stories and legends of a Azatlan-Aztec religions and  various forms of ancient Mesoamerican beliefs;

6. through a doctrine of manifest destiny from to the idea of La Raza, which means “for the race”, that is, their  “Bronze” race and only their race, and for the other races, nothing;

7. there must be a Brown-Black coalition against the White power structure;

· Actually, the Bronze leaders care nothing about the sentiments or sensitivities of American Black citizens because -
>    they are attempting to take-over our hard won Civil Rights and justify their actions with sentiments that “Blacks are lazy and won’t take the jobs that Mexicans, et al will  do.”

Mr. Brathwaite, I will not at this time attempt to detail these points, however, soon expect from me further relating correspondence and preferably you will arrange for my colleagues and I could meet with the Caucus for discussions and strategies.

Please peruse and study what I have presented so far.  Again, it is our intention to present to you and the US Congressional Black Caucus plans that will be sensitive first and foremost to US American citizens who are Homeless, poor, working poor, and unemployed workers, especially those who are Black, while not being racially discriminatory of Mesoamericans.

Thank you for you time, consideration and cooperation.

Sincerely in the LORD and wellbeing of our American Black US citizens,
Ted Hayes
