TO GW UNIVERSITY
HOSPITAL

Please be advised
that I am very disappointed in the reckless, malicious
detrimental behavior of a male & a female kidney doctors and
a female nurse on Monday, November 7.2010.
On November 6.2010 I
was admitted into the
GW University
Hospital to room 525. The nurses were excellent.
They were professional that is actually all I expect from a
nurse, doctor, etc., in a hospital or office. I, without a
doubt will certainly be the same.
I, was taken to the
dialysis unit the next day Monday, November 7.2010 about
1:30pm. Nurse Irena put me on the dialysis machine.
Shortly afterwards another nurse that I had never seen
before took over to take care of my treatment.
The treatment
started around 1:45pm. About 2:30pm I starting feeling sick
and experiencing a servers headache. I, noticed that the
tubing on my catheter in my chest looked dark & clogged.
I, called the nurse
and told her and she immediately tells me that she is aware
of it being clogged. Stating that the doctor did not write
orders for any heprin. I, started monitoring. At 2:45pm it
is still clogged. At that point I ask the nurse to take me
off the dialysis machine.
She tells me OK and
than she starts ignoring me and walking away. About 10
minutes later I calling her back to me and asking her to
take me off the dialysis machine. The tubing on my machine
is still clogged. She picks up the phone and makes a call
about 5 minutes the kidney doctors walk in and tells her
that she can take me off.
The nurse still did
not take me off. About 10 more minutes pass and she finally
stops the machine. About an hour later I was taken to my
room.

Next day November
9.2010
Concerned about my
catheter being dark & clogged during my treatment. I, asked
the female doctor about it and she states that all the nurse
had to do was to call the doctor for an order of heprin.
The female doctor
continued with insults because I told her that I did not
feel good about what happen to me on Monday at dialysis.
I, am going home.
The female doctor became very upset calling Dr. khant at
DuPont dialysis then turning to me and saying he said that
you cannot come back to DuPont dialysis any more. Making
other statements about me right in front of the nurse
station. My nurse was Bonnie.A excellent nurse.
I, was harrassed,
insulted and on Monday during the dialysis what appears to
be a set up on my life. Invoving the kidney doctors & a
nurse. and at least one doctor Khant from DuPont dialysis
and Washington
Hospital Center.
The female doctor
asked me when she first came to see me. She lied and said
that she needed a contact to help place me. I told her that
I have a Mr. Thomas that was helping me and gave her his
number. I, do not believe that she called him.she started
talking about Dr. khant and how I was not welcome
there
