Re: Black Folks Heritage: The Heart & Soul of America The Promissory Note / Let # 3 Mr. Braithwaite, The massive rapid moving illegal immigration invasion into and colonization of the United States of America is the greatest threat to American Black citizens since slavery itself. Furthermore, should this threat come to fruition, it will also be the end of the United States according to the doctrine and work of the founding fathers and that of our own Black ancestors. If we allow foreign invaders to literally, without resistance, simply walk up into our homeland in the very name of our Civil Rights born out of our suffering heritage, would be a shameful betrayal to over 635,000 young White and Black men who killed each other and many more wounded for life (physically and mentally), including President Abraham Lincoln in a cruel Civil War to end the idea of slavery in the United States of America. These are soulful thoughts based in two geo-physical and geo-spiritual elements. Through these two elements and their corresponding points you will also come to understand that the crucial and necessary role that American Black citizens will play in this historical matter of illegal immigration in the USA. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Admonition of Black/White US American Citizens Destinies You will soon come to embrace knowing that ultimately we, the descendents of West African Blacks chattel slaves in this country, are the very heart and soul of America, and that if we are destroyed on any of these two points the United States will also perish. * See attached article that appeared in the Los Angeles Sentinel – “Our Hearts Are Being Ripping Out” Remember, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. speaks in “I Have A Dream” that the destinies of White and Black American US citizens are intertwined with each others. “The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.” Hence, the Promissory Note! The Geo-Physical Element: The Hordes of Illegal Aliens Are: * rapidly draining resources of American citizens, especially Blacks who are the most adversely affected in the areas of employment, housings, hospitals and health care, social services, institutions of learning, even prison care, political agenda, etc. * governmental attention, · a growing racist sentiments towards and even physical attacks upon American Black citizens by Mesoamerican illegal aliens and their children, in the prisons, schools, and on the streets, especially in the Los Angeles areas · the struggles of American Black US citizens are doomed to utter failure, most especially those of us who are homeless, poor, working poor. · While middle and upper middle class Black US citizens will be able to financially, materially and perhaps socially hold out and live decently in America, we as a people will no longer have a heritage of any meaning or significance in this country or in the world at large. In fact, our ancestors will have suffered in vain. The Geo-Spiritual Element: The Hordes of Illegal Aliens Are: · Stealing the heritage of American Black US Citizens by erroneously and blatantly using Civil Rights as the “key” to cross the borders of the United States illegally to access our Constitutional resources. The illegal aliens are claiming: · that their struggle to enter the United Sates illegally is simply the continuation of the American Black US citizens Civil Rights Movement of the last generation 1964-65-68 >They never asked us if permission to “piggy-back” on our heritages, they simply assumed it. · that they have legitimate access to the Fourteenth Amendment (“loop holing”) of the US Constitution to justify fabricating citizenship by having babies born in the United States (“anchor babies”); · the name of Dr. King, thereby implicating him in their felonious ways; > While he did commit acts of civil disobedience protesting the denial of Civil Rights to US citizens based on the Fourteenth Amendment and the Civil Rights Act of 1866 – the Promissory Note, he never committed a felon. His deeds were misdemeanors. Ø Furthermore, are the illegal alien felons willing to pay the price of going to jail for their “acts civil disobedience” as he was willingly to so for his? Until illegal aliens are willing to go all the way with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., they must not be allowed to invoke his name any longer; Ø “We Shall Overcome” and daring to sing it in Spanish while protesting our government for defending its’ own laws, even daring to make demands and economic threats to our nation that we fought and bled for. And all this is with the embarrassing blessings of certain African American leaders…not to mention them by name, but rather history will soon expose their shame! Should amnesty (by whatever name it is to be called and disguised) is given to these invaders of our land and our heritage, then we American Black peoples as a peoples, are no more. We will no longer have an identifying heritage of any worth to embrace nor a story to tell. Simply because we have not fully accessed Promissory Note of Civil and Constitutional Rights, for whatever reason, does not license them, their supporters in the USA, nor anyone else in this world to just steal them. Immigration On-To The Backs of West African American Blacks It is clear and without controversy, that everything that that United States of America is; stands; fights, dies and kills for in its promotion of Freedom, Liberty, Civility, and the prosperity that these ideals bring to humanity; and the reason that peoples from around the world immigrate here for, is built on the backs of and forged around the existence of West African Black chattel slaves and their children. All immigrants through difficulties and sufferings have brought something of cultural, economic, political, social, scientific, religious, even military benefit to the United States. However, while West African American Black slaves and their descendants have also contributed such amenities to America, the most crucial benefit which outranks anything that the various immigrants contributed, is the unique body of Civil Rights born out of our chattel enslavement in this country. None but us can claim such a magnificent heritage given to us by GOD. Uniquely Us Unlike all other peoples who willfully came to this land, American Black US citizens did not come as immigrants. Though noble indeed, hat is not our heritage. But rather ours is one of chattel slavery without any pay for our labor, coupled with inhumane treatment and conditions! Never in human knowledgeable human history has slaves been defined and treated as sub-human in order to excuse it. Therefore, ironically and mysteriously we are now blessed with the unassailable, high moral position to make the final decision as to who belongs where on either side of these disputed borders and contested rights…whether human, civil or otherwise. We Can’t Sell Out Our Ancestors We dare not allow some foreigners, whether they are African, European, Asian, Australian, North (Canadian) and South American, nor Mesoamerican to steal, lie about, and covet that which is ours and ours alone to morally share with whom we will. And we choose to share with any nationality, race, color, class, creed or religion as long as they come correctly through the portals of legal immigration. How dare we American Black US citizens allow anyone to compare our unique trials with theirs. Let each peoples own up to their own heritages. Everyone must in their hearts go home. Thank GOD this massive illegal immigration invasion is inadvertently serving to awaken us American Black US citizens to: · that which we have for too long taken for granted; · our most important asset and contribution which is, our divine assignment in the world today by the Civil Rights born out of our ancestors’ chattel enslavement. The poor Indio peoples illegally crossing the borders of the United States are fleeing the oppression of Mexico’s government, civic, social, business, elitist, religious societies. They flee into the slave industries (trade) American White employers (corporate farmer industrialist; restaurateurs/hotel industrialist; various contractors; home owners, etc.) who take criminal advantage of these frightened peoples. Their enslavement makes it possible for middle/upper middle class, wealthy and rich Americans to enjoy their selfish lifestyles. These exploited Indio peoples would rather live theirs lives on their knees as slaves in the United States of America than be dead in their living graves in Mexico. The illegal immigration invasion into our country is the greatest threat to the existence and subsistence of the American Black peoples in the Unites States since slavery. We are loosing our housing; food; hospitals and health care; schools; and gainful employment. We refuse to labor for slave wages. We will not be slaves again, nor allow anyone else either La Raza leaders are cutting and ripping the “heart” out of our heaving chests as Aztec priest did to sacrificial human being atop temple pyramids of ancient Mesoamerica. They simply use our hard earned Civil Rights as keys to justify their criminal entry and subsequent unlawful colonization of the United States. The whole world knows that Civil Rights and American Blacks are synonymous…American Blacks are Civil Rights, Civil Rights are US…this is our heart and soul that they are attempting to take. Civil and Constitutional Rights were born out of our struggles against slavery Jim Crow-ism. The Civil Rights Movement that illegal immigrants are high-jacking, is the unfinished business of our long march from the devastating effects of chattel slavery us! Despite our grievances at the bottom of US society, we still have a solemn duty in the sight of GOD to resist the return of slavery because we were slaves in this land. We are the only ones qualified to resolve this “crisis in the Americas”, because we are the center causes of the freedoms the world craves. They want it so bad, that they are willing to lie, cheat, steal and walk all over our heads to get it. American Blacks have the high moral ground to determine the outcome to this matter, because we owe it to those 600,000 plus young White men, and the thousands of Black men who horribly died (President Abraham Lincoln included) and were wounded for life to end slavery. We owe it to all the abolitionist, Civil Rights leaders and military veterans to stand up to this invasion by illegal immigrants. In fact, I am utilizing every opportunity to defend our Civil and Constitutional Rights and abolish the neo-slavery in America. To not do so, we American Blacks are betraying our fore parents and all that they lived and died for. |
