The Congressional
14th Amendment Based Solemn Oath of Office
Screener of Traitors To US
Constitution
The US
Congressional Oat of Office is as follows:
"I do
solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the
Constitution of the United States against
all
enemies, foreign and domestic;
that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take
this obligation freely, without any mental reservation (emotional)
or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge
the duties of the office on which I am about to enter:
So help me God."
Before the US Civil War,
the original Congressional Oath was office was rather short, which
was as follows:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that
I will support the Constitution of the United States."
However, after the
conflict between the States, in an effort to screen out potential
traitors to the original intent of the Constitutional 14th Amendment
which granted full "equal justice under the law" citizenship "as is
enjoyed by White citizens", Congress implemented the more fuller
version which is taken today.
Therefore, The 14th
Amendment Congressional Oath of Office defines traitors first and
foremost as those who would impede or deny the rightful citizenship
that belongs to the Emancipated Slaves, Freedmen-Freemen, Refugees,
which in doing so threatens the New Nations security.
In fact, after the
passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, ratified in 1868, the
progenitor of the 14th Amendment, there were were four succeeding
support Acts of 1870, 1871, 1875 and 1964 in efforts to ensure full
citizenship of the Emancipated Slaves.
Any elected or appointed
government official, particularly of the US House of Representatives
who does anything, including participating in public demonstrations,
and especially in the name of Civil Rights of Emancipated Slave US
citizens, leading enemy invasion forces against the United States is
traitorous and must be punished.
Illegal immigration,
civilian invasion of the United States is a direct attack against
the mandates of the Constitution and the edicts of the 14th
Amendment-1866 Civil Rights Act which if allowed to continue, will
be the destruction of American Black US citizens, and eventually the
New Nation itself.
Illegal immigration is
the greatest threat or "weapon" against Blacks since chattel slavery
itself and the gravest threat to national security since the US
Civil War and must at all costs be stopped immediately.
