Downtown Los Angeles:

Starting at 10:00 AM on Broadway from Olympic north to City Hall for the rally at 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM

This is not a protest, but rather a demonstration to the fact that Congressional Promissory Note has not yet been “cashed” for the descendants of Chattel Slaves and Jim Crow Survivors

Calling on Mr. Obama, to enact the 14th Amendment – Civil Rights Act of 1866, as President of the “Bank of Justice” to “cash” the Promissory Note as defined by the Four Pillars of the Promissory Note, including the Rescue Plan for the Chattel Slave Descendants and Jim Crow Survivors, the National Homeless Plan, and MLK Jr. DREAM Act.  See http://tedhayes.us/acs_four_pillars_promissory_note.html

As descendants of Africans brought to America as slaves, you must attend this historic event which transcends race, ethnicity, religion, social-class status, nationality, political affiliations, etc, because the 14th Amendments which grants freed chattel slaves US citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens”, guaranteeing generations of special protections, is based on the uniqueness of their experience into this “nation of immigrants” as unwilling immigrants.

All Are Welcomed!  If your heritage is of willing immigration (legal or illegal) into America on the “Mayflower” or ocean & jet liners, or on foot, etc., and you are in wholehearted agreement with “cashing” the Promissory Note agenda, you are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
