The Hon. Mr.
Barrack Husein Obama,
President of
the United States of America

Re: Stop
The Ethno-Racial Cleansing of American Black US Citizens
Dear Mr.
President Obama,
On
Thursday, May 21,2009, the US Justice Department and the Los Angeles
County Sheriffs led an unprecedented large coalition of law
enforcement entities in the South Los Angeles region and its'
surrounding counties of Southern California on what has been dubbed
Operation Knock Down.
While Operation
Knock Down dealt with many criminal activities
perpetrated by a Hispanic/Latino gang in the Hawaiian Gardens of
South Los Angeles area, the primary cause of the raid was due to
its’ members specifically targeting American Black US Citizens, for
Ethno-Racial Cleansing via intimidations of threats and actual acts
of violence, even murder against them/us.
According to the
mandates and edicts of the Civil Rights of 1866
authorized by the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, we humbly
ask that you immediately dispatch US Attorney General, Eric Holder
to Los Angeles to investigate the root reasons for the largest law
enforcement raid against a criminal, racist gang in history; and to
stimulate us "cowardly" Americans to begin that "race talk" that you
and he speak of.
This raid by law
enforcement was larger than any others against the likes of Al
Capone or the even the notorious terrorist anti-Black Ku Klux Klan (KKK)
itself.
Such an
unprecedented law enforcement operation
warrants a direct response from you to
uproot the cause of such nuance racism against the
Emancipated Slaves peoples.
As the Hon.
President of the United Stated, you are
sworn to protect and ensure our right to complete
“equal justice
under the law” US citizenship
“as is enjoyed by White
citizens”, according to 14th Amendment and Civil Rights Act
of 1866 et al.
Though Operation
Knock Down is larger than any law enforcement raid
against the KKK, strangely there has not yet been any
acknowledgement from the so-called minority – “people of color”
African American and “Brown” Hispanic/Latino leaderships, which
concerns us greatly.
In fact, we have
heard nothing from you either. However, if you speak up, surely
African American leadership from the Congressional Black Caucus to
local community leaders will follow your lead.
As you know, had
the perpetrators of this racist crime
against humanity that law enforcement "knocked down" been White
(Anglo-Caucasian) Skin Heads, the KKK or Nazis, the African American
leadership locally and nationwide would protest with great
vehemence, as they did in Jena Louisiana due to some high school
students simply displaying of a (empty) noose in a tree.
Yet, we have law
enforcement confirmation
of
systematic KKK-like murder against us Blacks simply for who we are.
This hypocrisy must cease, and you are the man to make it so.
Please note Civil
Rights Act of 1866 – which is
“An Act to protect all Persons in the
United States in their Civil Rights, and
furnish the Means of their Vindication”
that is, for the Emancipated Slaves, i.e. American Black US Citizens
Please note
special Presidential authority:
Sections 4
“…every other officer who may be specially empowered by
the President of the
United
States”,
Section 8
“And
be it further enacted, that whenever the President of the
United States
shall have reason to believe that offences have been or are
likely to be committed against the provisions of this act”.
Operation Knock
Down is indeed a confirmation
that you have just cause to Presidential action to ensure the
Special Act of the 14th Amendment.
As President,
especially one like you who
seeks to emulate the late Abraham Lincoln, it is incumbent upon you
to complete his unfinished business of affording the Emancipated
Slaves “…reasonable protection to all persons in their
constitutional rights of equality before the law” US
citizenship according to the Act of Section 1 of the Civil Rights of
1866, and the 14th Amendment to which you are sworn before and to
GOD to protect and uphold.
Section 9
The fulfillment of this wonderful Dream of the Founding Fathers is
so important to this nations’ true existence, that as Commander In
Chief you take the following action -
“And be it further enacted,
That it shall be lawful for the President of the United
States, or such person as he may empower for that purpose, to
employ such part of the land or naval forces of the United States,
or of the militia, as shall be necessary to prevent the
violation and enforce the due execution of this act.”
Mr. Obama, given
the extreme seriousness of Operation Knock Down, the people of
Los Angeles need your direct intervention now, even as the late Dr.
Martin Luther King, Jr. whom you significantly quote, warned that if
America would not keep it’s Promise of the Congressional Promissory
Note to the Emancipated Slaves, that the nation would have
“a
rude awakening”.
Dr. King, also
prophesied that the business
to ensure full US citizenship to the Emancipated Slaves
“as is enjoyed by White citizens”
is a matter of urgent need which he called something, “the
fierce urgency of now”, which you are very familiar with.
What can be more
fiercely urgent than to stop
the anti-Constitutional Ethno-Racial Cleansing of Blacks by
Hispanic/Latino ethnicities posing themselves to be a minority
“Brown” race when actuality they are Spaniard White Caucasian
according to the definition of the US Federal Government?
Sir, we ask that
you defend the sacred legacy
that placed you into the White House or loose this country by
allowing the devastation of American Black US citizens, which would
be the end of the Founding Fathers Dream for all peoples.

the ad-hoc community activists on this case, I can be reached at
