The Reagan
Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
November 6,1986
will be recorded as one of the most infamous days in American history,
if not the world as well.
It was on this date
that the Dream of the founding fathers for the people of these United States of
America received a disturbingly, jolting – near fatal, nation killing,
anti-Constitutional blow by granting amnesty to millions of foreigners
within our nation without permission from the proper federal
authorities.
If not corrected by
comprehensive illegal alien or immigration reform that bears in mind the
Civil, nation forming Constitutional mandates of the 13th, 14th, 15th
Amendments and the Civil Rights of 1866, by 2012 or 2016 at the latest,
the American Dream will have been transformed into a global nightmare,
because the foundational purpose of its existence has been ignored,
thwarted and
abandoned.

Unless it is repealed or rescinded,
the Reagan Amnesty for citizens of foreign nationals within the borders
of the United States without permission from the proper federal
authorities will utterly destroy the birthright of the free Chattel
Slaves and Freemen descendants to "equal justice under the law" citizenship "...as
is enjoyed by White citizens" according the special mandates of the
Constitution as laid in the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights Act of
1866.
The Death of the American Dream
However, the devastation does not end
with the destruction of the Descendants of the Chattel Slaves and
Freemen, because, if they
are destroyed, America will also cease to exist, because the freeing the
exiled West African slaves in the United States and bringing them into
full citizenship "...as is enjoyed by White citizens" is the essence of
the American Dream of the Founding Fathers for America and the world.
As much as many Americans, especially
those who call themselves Republican or conservatives hail Mr. Reagan as
the ideal President who sets the standard by which we should live in
this country, it is imperative that they understand that his signing of
the 1986 Immigration Reform Act is the primary cause for the massive
nation-killing threat of present day unlawful immigration, and
Anchor-ism, i.e. Presumed Citizenship.
Yea...Reagan for building the economy!
Yea...Reagan for curbing the Soviet Union! Yea...Reagan for his
strong conservative stances.
Unfortunately, his
Immigration Reform Act, which gave Amnesty to millions of foreign
nationals unlawfully within the United States, nullifies or neutralizes
his other accomplishments.
Listed is the very nation-killing Act
signed by President Ronald Wilson Reagan on that fateful day of November
6,1986
The Immigration
Reform and Control Act (IRCA), also
Simpson-Mazzoli
Act (Pub.L.
99-603, 100 Stat. 3359,
signed by
President
Ronald Reagan
on November 6, 1986) is an
Act of Congress
which reformed United States immigration law.
The Act made it
illegal to knowingly hire or recruit illegal alien (immigrants who do
not possess lawful work authorization), required employers to attest to
their employees' alien status, and
granted
amnesty
to certain illegal aliens who entered the United States before January
1, 1982 and had resided there continuously.
The Act also granted a
path towards legalization
to certain agricultural seasonal workers and aliens who had been
continuously and
illegally present
in the United States
since January 1, 1982
So
apparently, leaders of the present US Federal government are choosing to
forsake the Mandates of the US Constitution as they relate to the
American Descendants of the Chattel Slaves and Freemen upon whose "whip and bloodied"
backs this "nation of immigrants" was conceived and constructed, and instead rebel
against GOD decree for them by granting bogus amnesties, path to legalization and/or
presumed citizenship to foreign nationals, i.e., illegal aliens within
borders of the United States without official permission from the proper
federal authorities.
Shameful and costly, indeed!
