Re: Operation: Knock Down Response

“I am more than willing to discuss race relations with anyone”

                                                            Eric Holder, US AG

Dear Mr. Attorney General, Eric Holder,

As you know, on Thursday, May 21,2009, your Los Angeles region US Justice Department and the LA County Sheriff’s Department led the largest, perhaps, greatest law enforcement coalition raid on a racist and/or criminal gang in the history of the United States, surpassing the likes of the legendary gangster, Al Capone and the even the terrorist American Anglo-White Ku Klux Klan (KKK).

After several years of investigation, your department along with those of state, county and municipalities in Southern California Los Angeles region, revealed a growing suspicion that America’s emancipated slaves, i.e. West African Black US Citizens were/are being systematically targeted for violence by Hispanic/Latino so-called racial minority “Brown”, criminal street gangs.

Given your official remarks on race, surely you do understand that the identifying heritage of contemporary Blacks in the United States is one of West African, are in reality emancipated slaves set on a “road” to “equal justice under the law” citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens”.

Like no other ethno-racial group, the West African Emancipated Slaves are grand-fathered into the primary objectives of the Declaration of Independence by the mandates of the 14th Amendment.

Such elite exclusionary position for the Emancipated Slaves, was/is to ensure that they/we too as "White citizens" and fellow Americans may experience the GOD endowed inalienable rights of “Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness” in this land Free of oppression for which our Founding Fathers pledged their and our “honor, lives and fortune”

Seeing that Mr. Obama and yourself are Civil Rights attorneys, each of you must understand that according to the special foundational mandates and edicts embodied in what I call the “great Triad Amendments: 13th, 14th and 15th” (* the 14th being the very heart of America’s Congressional Promissory Note spoken of by the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.); and of course, the Civil Rights Act of 1866 (ratified 1868) et al, Blacks “road to citizenship” is not getting shorter, but longer and more difficult.

Instead of attaining that Promised citizenship or America's Promise “as is enjoyed by White citizens”, we Blacks as a people lead all other ethno-racial groups of America in nearly every negative social statistic, while simultaneously being a shrinking minority of perhaps 11-13% of national population.

Making matters worse, here in Los Angeles, there is an insidious process of Ethno-Racial Cleansing of Blacks by primarily Hispanic/Latino-Mexican whose root their dominance has been and is the process of unlawful immigration and perversion of the 14th Amendment.

Strangely, these peoples are erroneously perceived as an US minority "Brown" race, when in reality, the federal government designates them as Caucasian-White and a part of broad and colorful array of ethnic communities in the Americas, Europe (Spain) and Philippines, et al, known as Hispanic/Latino.

To say the least, sir, there is much confusion on this racial matter here in LosAngeles…so much so, that when Black US Citizens speak out against unlawful immigration, we are classified as hateful anti-immigrant, called derogatory names such as "black nigger", accusing us of being “racist” against them, ironically, a La Raza that is not even a race.

US Attorney General, Holder, I have also sent a letter to President Obama asking that he immediately dispatch you to Los Angeles to investigate the situation and stimulate your rightfully called for discussion among us “cowardly” Americans, and thereby lead us out of our racial distresses.  Please see copy attached and other related writings. Thanks.

There is an ad-hoc group of us Black "average Americans" here in the area who have taken responsibility to properly respond to the revealing work of Operation: Knock Down, and call upon you to immediately meet with us.

Being that the African American leadership won't respond, we have decided to take upon ourselves this dangerous and difficult task.

We have no choice but to take on this task, because the elected officials of the “Brown-Black Coalition” have not addressed to date not only the “knock down” of massive criminal activity, but they are deafeningly silent about what the US Justice Department has recognized as racist violations against Blacks for many years by certain Hispanic/Latinos.

Over recent years since the influx of citizens of foreign Hispanic/Latino nations, into the United States without official permission from federal authorities, there is mounting evidence of pandemic racist intimidations and violent attacks upon Blacks by Hispanic/Latinos gangs.

If this "Brown-La Raza race" gang had been Anglo-White skin-heads, et al, the "usual suspects" African American leaderships would be making huge local and even national uproar that would have been heard around the world.

However, because it was the Anglo-White "Brown" Hispanic/Latino race attacking their Black brothers, no less, in a KKK style, no one dare say anything about it.

Wow!  What irony and hypocrisy.

In fact, while the Hispanic/Latino leadership has been disgracefully silent on this matter, it is actually the dereliction of African American- Blacks (resulting from their disobedience to the 14th Amendment inspired Oath of Office in the name of GOD) which is the primary source of the illegal immigration and gang related crisis in LA and throughout the nation.

So you see, we need your immediate help.

Just as a refresher, I listed your own comments as the catalyst to inspire you to convince Mr. Obama to dispatch you immediately.

You maintained that Justice Department employees have a special responsibility to advance racial understanding throughout the country.

Sir, we are taking you at your sworn to Oath of Office word when you say,

“I am more than willing to discuss race relations with anyone” How about us?  Will you come and discuss it with us?

Mr. US Attorney General, these are your sacred words sir. "Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards. Though race-related issues continue to occupy a significant portion of our political discussion, and though there remain many unresolved racial issues in this nation, we, average Americans, simply do not talk enough with each other about race."

"It is an issue we have never been at ease with and given our nation's history this is in some ways understandable. And yet, if we are to make progress in this area we must feel comfortable enough with one another, and tolerant enough of each other, to have frank conversations about the racial matters that continue to divide us. But we must do more -- and we in this room bear a special responsibility. Through its work and through its example this Department of Justice, as long as I am here, must -- and will -- lead the nation to the 'new birth of freedom' so long ago promised by our greatest President.

This is our duty and our solemn obligation."

Sir, are these just mere words?
