Dear Law Enforcement Officials…Federal, State, County and Municipal involved in Operation Knock Down,

Please allow me to first thank you.  On behalf of American citizens residing in Hawaiian Gardens and the general Los Angeles area, especially those of us who are American Black US Citizens, I thank you for the Thursday, May 28,2009 Operation Knock Down of  a notorious Hispanic/Latino criminal street gang targeting us for violent Ethno-Racial Cleansing .

Also in honor and memory of LA County Deputy Sheriff, Jerry Ortiz, whose life was taken in the duty of investing the Hispanic/Latino Hawaiian Gardens criminal street gang targeting American Black US for violent Ethno-Racial Cleansing, we a very grateful.

Second, it is our sentiment that any racially charged conflict between “Brown” and Black gang members in Los Angeles targeting of innocents, stems from a much deeper core-root.

We agree with the assessments of LA County Sheriff Leroy Baca when he says that such gang activity is a derivative of  “continued population growth and demographic change”.

Obviously this is an honest observation of the last 20-30 years of massive numbers of Hispanic/Latino citizens of foreign countries, primarily of Mexico within the United States without official permission from the proper federal authorities and the illicit use of the 14th Amendment, Section 1 as an “anchor security” for US citizenship.

Without the element of unlawful immigration into the Los Angeles region "continued population growth and demographic change" in favor of Hispanic/Latino would not be an equation.

As a result, over the last several years, there has a been an increasing attitude of intimidating racism which resulted in a series of racially motivated verbal and physical attacks and even murder of Blacks by Hispanic/Latino gang members.  The murder of Jamiel Shaw, Jr. in March of 2008 is a prime example of this abuse.

In affirmation of this sentiment the Los Angeles County Human Relations Commission has issued several reports, including it’s recent 2008 study revealing that preponderance of racial tensions is Hispanic/Latino against Blacks.

Third, unfortunately, the African American leadership, as well as that of the Hispanic/Latino have not publicly thank you and subsequently denounce and demand an end of the racism.

Why they refuse to carry out their duty as they would have had if the perpetrators that you apprehended were Anglo-Caucasian White supremacist skin-heads or Nazi/KKK elements instead, is a matter of conjecture.

Nevertheless, is it the intention of our small group of individuals and community entities who a planning to publicly thank you in a news conference and call upon civilian and community authorities of the Hispanic/Latino leaderships to finally acknowledge what they themselves see and what you have proven to be true.

We are asking them to demand their constituents to “stand down”, ceasing and desisting racist animosity towards Blacks, calling for continued justice and thorough investigations into the root causes of the critical matter in order to prevent re-occurrence.

Furthermore, we are especially asking that the African American leadership join us in requesting a change of heart towards us from the Hispanic/Latino community.

Fourth, letters are being sent to all related government officials, community and clerical leaders concerning their deafening silence on this matter, which is a crisis of itself, and to Barack Hussein Obama to immediately dispatch US Attorney General, Eric Holder to Los Angeles to personally investigate.

* The silence of the leaders is signaling “green light” for these few, belligerent, disrespectful gang members and criminals against humanity to attack Black US citizens.

Especially, the silence and inaction of the African American leadership, by their default makes our little group is the only voice of reason calling for improved relations between our two peoples by exposing this ugliness to the masses of Black and Hispanic/Latinos who no doubt would be appalled at the behavior of this racist, criminal street gang.

Thanks again for your service in protecting all of us.  Job Well Done!

Sincerely,

Ted Hayes
