It appears that the 2008 Presidential Democratic primary has stirred to life a swirling storm of an unprecedented, historical and much needed discussion – words about racism in America and what we should do with our conclusions. At the bottom or center of the much needed vortex are the issues and elements surrounding the universal principles of Reparations as the primary remedy to resolve a present quarrel between peoples by repairing- healing the wounds of the past, thereby insuring a peaceful and sure future. At the center of the vortex is the soul of American Black US citizens, the descendants of West African Americanized chattel slaves and their children. To some peoples’ joy, to others astonishment, consternation and fear, while even more question, Why is it that the very existence of the American born or naturalized citizens lies in the bosom and upon the scared backs Blacks and what does that mean to everyone else (Immigrants, Migrant Workers, et al) within the borders of the United States. It is clear that American Black US citizens does not rank among the many ethno-racial groups that are immigrants and/or descendants, legal or illegally within America, but rather are in a “league of our own” through a beginning in this country as chattel slaves…not here willingly. That’s a challenge of most unique proportions. Given this difference in nativity or genesis between immigrant and slave, it stands to reason that the arrival or destined level of completion in the American Dream will also be different. Beside the native or indigenous peoples of this land, the same rules of law that apply to White citizens in the United States are null and void until the American Black US citizens is at parody with “White citizens” according to the edicts of the Promissory Note embodied the Thirteenth, Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendment with special emphasis on the Fourteenth. Until the conditions of the Promissory Note are met, the cry for and antics swirling around in the vortex of Reparations to Blacks from the US government will continue grow in turbulence drawing and holding American back from its destiny as Dreamed by the founding fathers. However, there is another element in the Reparations vortex that is at the center of the frightening race crisis in the American controversy, and that is the role of American Black US citizens and their certain ancestors. Rather, reparations as such begins with the following entities in reversal chronological order, they are: · West Africans themselves; · Mecca – Saudi Arabia and all of Islam; · The Almoravids and Berbers of Arab North Africa; · Spain, Portugal and/or the Roman Catholic Church; · England of the British Empire; However, in order for the turbulent conditions that exist in the United States of America to cease and improve for the better of all, it is imperative that American Black US citizens peer back into the worlds of our ancestors and begin to recognize we are the victims of their present deeds of our past in the sight of GOD We must come to understand and embrace that we owe Reparations to ourselves first and foremost between the many diverse nations of ancient West Africa, and begin to repair that breach – the original wound that our ancestors caused between themselves and GOD. When we confess our “faults”, the center of the vortex will begin to slow and make civilizing sense as other nations enjoined the movement to clean up the past and prepare the way for the future.
