The Last Civil Rights Cry

Reparations, is the ever increasing last “civil rights” cry of desperate American Black US citizens!  It is ever dearer and nearer to our hearts, mind, and soul.

We as Blacks recognize, real or perceived that if the cry for “Reparations” is not answered, we are doomed as a people in the United States.

Ironically, the cry of “Reparation” is rising from the within the “slave quarters” of the Democratic Party itself, the very entity that holds Black citizens on the plantations of political captivity.

 In fact, it was/is the evil practices of Democratic Party of yesterday, such as chattel slavery; Black Codes of Racial Segregation – Jim Crow-ism; voting rights disenfranchisement; the antics of Klu Klux Klan; etc. that is causing Blacks to cry for Reparations today.

Remarkably, most Black folks see themselves as loyal to the Democratic Party and a staple political source to Democrats and don’t even know why!  It is the Democrats who take the voting power of Blacks for granted and are also the cause of their cries for “Reparations Now”.

Actually, most Black Democrats think that it was the Republican Party who held us slaves and it was the Democrats who was our liberators…when opposite is the truth.

The fear that the Democratic Party (the old enemy of Black peoples) has concerning Black people is that Blacks will discover how the Democrats for the last forty (40) years (* as Malcom X proclaimed) has “hood winked”-“wool pulled” over the eyes, and “bamboozled” us.

Democrats know that a mass Black exodus from their party would literally be the end of it.

The Big Secret Cover-Up or What The Democrats Don’t Want You To Know About Slavery

The Democratic party leaders don’t want their Black political slaves to “connect the dotes” of the apparent culmination of the Civil Rights Movement of 1964-65, to Senator Ted Kennedy led immigration legislation that resulted in the present invasion which directly targets the existence of American Black citizens today.  Black people will connect the fact that….

• Poor Black citizens (* as well as Whites and others) were weakened by the poison of Democrat Socialist welfare laid under the sweet coatings of the 1964 Civil Rights Acts;
• This welfare poisoning incapacitated the American laborer for exactly a generation (* forty - 40 years) which has made illegal “immigration” invasion, especially coming out of Mexico, a reality that destroys the Black and American laborers.

Ø   Here in lies the sentiment of US President George W. Bush, who claims that the illegal “immigrants” are doing “the work that Americans won’t do”. 

Ø   Rather, they can’t or aren’t allowed to do the work,  because not only have the American laborer been disabled through the Democrat welfare system;

      but also their legs have been cut out from under them by Democratic sponsored illegal “immigrants” receiving below US standard wages for  labor…essentially they are a class of slaves;

~ also, Blacks and other American citizens rightly refuse to work for slave wages.  

Remember, we Americans fought a horrific civil war over the slave issue.

Ø  Americans would rather be Homeless than become a conscious and willing slaves.

• Senator Kennedy, who has for a generation posed himself as true champion of Black peoples and poor of America, yet, he proclaims to citizens of foreign countries who are unlawfully within our nation, that their illegal “immigration” movement is the continuation of the Civil Rights Movement.

Connecting the Dotes

Making the connections of 40 (forty) years of “welfare poisoning” by the Democrats, and their support of illegal “immigration”, to the revelation that they are the primary reason for Black peoples woeful cries for “Reparations”, will finally shake Blacks out of their bamboozled stupor.

Upon “connecting the-dotes” of generations-long oppression by White (Caucasian, Euro-American) Democratic Party people, Blacks will rise by the multitudes of millions against the tide of illegal “immigration”.

In the aftermath of Katrina, US President George W. Bush, stood in downtown New Orleans and proclaimed that before the disaster of the storm, there was already a disaster in the city which the hurricane simply exposed.  He went on to say that the Black folks who were victims of the Katrina hurricane were suffering from generations of oppression.

History is very clear as to who the oppressors of Black peoples were and are, the Democrats are responsible for slavery, legislated racism and socialist welfare.

Republican Opportunity

Now is the time for Republicans to play the “Reparations-card” or call for the fulfillment of the Promissory Note of the US House of Representatives.

Notice the following ironies of our times…

• The Hon. John Conyers of Detroit, a loyal Democrat, is endearingly known as the political  father of the Reparations Movement.

• Since 1989, the Congressman has been pressing his House bill HR # 40, which is essentially an open discussion on the floor of the House to investigate the validity of Reparations.
• The bill does not ask for any sort of payments of retribution as Reparations to Black folks.
• The Bill does not even call for any apologies to Black folks for wrong done to them.
• The Bill does call for discussion and research as to the validity of Reparations to American Black US citizens for past crimes against them by the White peoples of the United States.  But which White peoples in America?
• With the win of the House and Senate by the Democratic Party and the possible appointment of Mr. Conyers to the Chair of the Judiciary sub-committee, it should be a very easy task for Conyers and Democrats to get the HR 40 Bill on the “floor”.

Conyers’ Wish

Ø  However, even if Conyers does not receive the Chair of the sub-committee, it is long known and understood the he has been advocating the Bill throug

    four years of former Republican President, George H.W. Bush and through eight (8) years of former Democratic President, William J. Clinton.

Ø  While it could be understandable that the Conyers bill would not get out of committee under a “Republican” President, it nevertheless had four years in which it could have reached the “Floor” under a Democrat House of Representatives and White House, but did not.  * This should have told Blacks something about Democrats.

Ø  The Democrats are about to receive another great opportunity to truly help free poor Black US citizens from the destructive bondages of poverty by allowing the Reparations discussion to move forward onto the “Floor” even if Conyers is not Chair.

Democrats Will Reject Conyers' Bill

However, the Reparations bill will not make it to the “floor” for the following reasons, they are:

• Revelation of what Democratic Party has done to Black peoples, will be the worse calamity to befall it since the Civil War, because Black would leave it en-mass.

Note: the possible succeeding the HR 40 Bill scenario unfolding on the House Floor concerning Reparations to Black peoples;

Ø              Question: Why are we here?

Ø              Answer:  To discuss the enslavement of West African Black chattel slaves and their children and oppressions of the succeeding legislated codes of

                               racial bigotry and prejudice against them, i.e. Jim Crow-ism; and whether or not Reparations is a legitimate issue for Congress to pursue.

Ø              Question: Who perpetrated this calamity of West African Black Americanized Slaves and their children?

Ø              Answer:  The White peoples of the United States of America.

Ø              Question:  If any, what specific people of United States and what political party were the primary offender?

Ø              Answer: Congressional Library declares, Democrats, Democrats, Democrats

Note:  Evidence Reveals That It was the Democrats Not Republicns who:

                        < wanted and fought the US Federal Government in a civil war to retain the

                            practice of slavery;

                        < undermined the concept of Reconstruction of the South – 1865 thru 1877;

                        < had the policy and practice of dual-cross membership in the Democratic Party and the Klu Klux Klan (KKK)

                        < legislated and enforced laws of racial superiority against Black – Jim Crow-ism

                        < systematically disenfranchised Black US citizens their legitimate right to vote;

                        < deceived Blacks back onto the slave “plantation” via Social Welfare;

                        < support the illegal “immigration” invasion and its’ destruction on Black citizens

Between A Rock and A Hard Place

Here is the dilemma that the Democratic party has on the Reparations issue, which is:

• The “rock” being the question, should the Democrats allow Reparations out of committee to the House Floor for discussion?  Most probably “not”, because it will reveal their greatest secret concerning ignorant Blacks folks.  It will be party’s end when Blacks learn that it is the Democrats who are directly responsible for the calls for “Reparation Now”…for what happened YESTERDAY.
• The “hard” place, being the question, should the Democrats not allow the discussion for obvious reasons?  Most probably “not”, because it will violently shake Black peoples to awake from their forty (40) years, a whole generation of bamboozlement once and for all.
• Either way, Democrats loose, Republicans win!  If we seize upon it.

Republicans Have Nothing To Fear: The Innocence Due To Their Advocacy For Blacks

Republicans must take advantage of the situation that the Democratic Party finds itself in and immediately call for and support the John Conyers Reparations Bill to leave committee and be placed on the House for discussion.

Republicans have nothing to fear in this matter.  The worse indictment over the last two hundred and forty (240) years that could be leveled at Republicans is benign neglect after the end of the Reconstruction movement of 1865-1876…but never a record of deliberate harm to Black people.

Special Note:  Whereas the Republican can be charged with neglect, the Democrats have a three hundred and fifty-six (356) years old legacy of direct and deliberate attacks upon Black peoples.

Republicans can also rest on the fact that essentially they paid Reparations or retribution for slavery through their spilled blood (and that of Southern Democrats who held Blacks as slaves); and their first earnest attempt for Reconstruction – Reparations as a result of the 1866 Civil Rights Movement.

Special Note: Republicans dramatically broke a three hundred and ten (310) year old peculiar institution of slavery from the time of the Party’s inception in 1854 to the end of the US Civil War in 1865, a short total of eleven (11) years.

It turns out that Reparations was the backbone of President Lincoln’s plan to free Blacks from enslavement; and empower them to become a productive part of American society as seen in the attempted Reconstruction of the South movement (1865 – 1877).

After the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863, and the Thirteenth (13th) Amendment to the US Constitution, Republicans legislated against a strong Democratic resistance!

In the face of strong Democratic opposition and obstruction, the Republicans legislated the Fourteenth (14th) and Fifteenth (15th) Amendments of the Constitution known as the Promissory Note of the Civil Rights Movement and Acts of 1866.  

With the House Reparations discussion, it will literally be impossible for the Democrats to continue to cover or hide from their two hundred and thirty (230) years enslavement history of Black peoples (1630’s – 1865) and the one hundred years (100) years of attacks and legislated racism against them, i.e., Jim Crow-ism (1865 – 1964-65)…followed by the degradation and destructions of social welfare.

This issue of Reparation is “Kryptonite” to the Democratic Party!

 It is a political “gift” to Republican if we would only wisely and quickly utilize it to reach Blacks and liberate them for the Democratic political plantation…thanks to the bumbling of the Hon. Congressman, Mr. John Conyers.
