The Braithwaite Papers are the series of letters that I sent to the Executive Director of the United States of America Congressional Black Caucus concerning the devastating effects of illegal immigration on American Black US citizens (ABUSC)

The “Papers”, which is a series of five (5) documents along with others in the “Issues of Ted”, will help you to understand some of the thoughts and beliefs that motivate me to the actions that I take in our epic battles to defend our beloved country.

The Awakening

These letters came as result of the March 25th,2006 sudden up-rise from “the shadows”, millions of foreign nationals illegally within the United States of America.

This Mexican flag-waving uprising was spurred by the introduction of the Sensibrenner Bill opposing illegal immigration.

Out of a sense of hysteria and panic whipped up by certain untruths about the bill by pro-illegal immigration activists, Mesoamerican Compañeros took the streets of the our nation making demands to our government in response to what was told to them.

Recognizing one of the main or foundational sources of this now exposed uprising as a major part of what I came to realize was actually of an unprecedented kind of invasion of a sovereign nation in all of history.

This invasion is not one of trained professional soldiers violently crashing the borders of a nation and subsequently occupying its’ territories, but rather one of civilian citizen “soldiers” in a non-military “slow-kill) of economics, politics, culture, religion, government, legacies and heritages.

The Threat To Blacks

I recognized the bodies, hearts and souls of the children of the Civil Rights movements (descendants of Black West African Americanized chattel slaves) were directly in the aim of the massive human tsunami wave of illegal immigration of foreigners slamming head-long into the “under side” of the southwestern parts of the United States.

The first Civil Rights movement was conducted by the Republican led US Congress on Capital Hill in 1866.

In that grand, historical, unprecedented, land-mark year, Congress passed a series of sweeping laws in what I consider the US Congressional Promissory Note which contains primarily the legislation of the Thirteenth (13th), Fourteenth (14th), Fifteenth (15th) Amendment and the Civil Rights Acts of 1866.

This Promissory Not was spoken of by the late, great Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as the main topic of what is now his famous “I Have A Dream” speech.  See “I Have A Dream” Speech

The Black Caucus : Oath of Office
While the US Patriotic anti-illegal immigration forces are fighting battles on many and varied fronts, I and my Black colleagues, most particularly James Spencer, Terrence Lang, Gerald Pitts and friends such as Bill Buchanan (* a very astute White brother) and others, had targeted the US Congressional Black Caucus.

Given our history in the United States Americans elected so-called African American leaders to not only keep the oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States (* all citizens), but especially they swore to protect and advance the Civil Rights Causes of American Black US citizens according to the mandates of the Promissory Note.

In light of the continued massive human wave of destruction aimed directly at American Black US citizens (ABUSC), it is clear that the Caucus has failed in fulfilling its office
oath of office in that, they along with Black lobbyist have dubbed illegal immigration the “extension” of the Civil Rights Movements and indeed one in the same struggle.

These so-called African American leaders are treasonous to the United States of America and betrayers of the Civil Right Legacies and Heritages of American Black US citizens and our parents, fore parents and ancestors.

It was and still is my objective to struggle with them until they return to the land of their earthly jurisdiction under the “We The People” of the United States and to retrieve the Civil Rights Legacies from foreign invaders or remove themselves from being our guardians.

See ya in the “Papers”!
